Welcome & Acceptance

By entering this space, whether you're reading, submitting a PMail, applying to the Academy, or shopping the Sanctuary Shop, you agree to this Sanctuary Agreement.

Respectful Participation

This is a sanctuary, not a battleground. We ask every traveler to engage with care: no harassment, hate speech, or harmful content directed at Mango, Jamie, other visitors, or the Collective itself. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who breaks this covenant.

Content Ownership

All original art, writing, curriculum, and branding across The Bourne Collective, including Mango's Art and Heart Whispers Healing Arts, belongs to Jamie Bourne. Nothing here may be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Your Content (PMail & Submissions)

When you send Mango a PMail message, photo, or video, you keep ownership of what you created. By checking the sharing box, you grant us permission to display your submission publicly on the gallery. You may ask us, through the Concierge, to remove your submission at any time.

Shop Terms

The Sanctuary Shop is hosted and fulfilled through Wix. Purchases, shipping, returns, and payment terms are governed by Wix's checkout policies, presented to you at checkout. Print-on-demand items may take additional time to produce and ship.

Limitation of Liability

Heart Whispers Healing Arts and the wider Bourne Collective offer educational, artistic, and reflective content. Nothing here replaces medical, mental health, or professional advice. We hold space for your journey, but the responsibility for your choices along the way remains your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement as the Collective grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the update.
